    • $35 for check-in between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

    • Please arrange early check-in in advance to ensure availability.

Contactless Check-In Made Simple:

  • The day before your arrival, we’ll send you:

    • A unique door code for building access.

    • Directions to your room.

    • Any other instructions for a seamless arrival.

Check-Out:

  • Standard Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.

  • Late Check-Out: Stay until 2:00 PM for an additional $35. Please arrange this in advance to ensure availability.


Payment Options

We accept payment by cash or e-transfer, and we’re happy to accommodate Mastercard, Visa, and debit cards as well. At the time of booking, we require your credit card details to confirm your reservation, cover any potential damages, and manage cancellations. Payment can be made anytime from booking up until check-out.

A receipt will be provided for all transactions. Please note that a 13% HST and a 4% municipal tax will be applied to your reservation.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our small business. Please review our cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellations More Than 5 Days Before Arrival

    • Reservations canceled more than 5 days prior to the arrival date will incur no charges, and your credit card will not be billed.

  2. Cancellations Within 5 Days of Arrival

    • For cancellations made 3-5 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged.

    • For cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, the full reservation amount will be charged.

  3. Early Departures

    • No refunds are issued for early check-outs.

  4. Date Changes

    • Guests wishing to reschedule their stay may do so if the request is made more than 7 days before the arrival date. For date changes made within 7 days of arrival, a $50 administrative fee applies and full rate of the reservation. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  5. Group Bookings

    • Cancellation policies for group reservations, including weddings and events, will be outlined and agreed upon at the time of booking. Typically, staggered deadlines apply (e.g., partial refunds up to 14 days before arrival).

Additional Notes

  • All charges and fees will be processed to the credit card on file.

  • For added peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance.

Room Availability

We are committed to providing rooms as reserved by our guests. However, if the room you selected becomes unavailable for any reason, we will provide a room of equal or greater value at no additional cost. We reserve the right to adjust reservations to a room within the same category or higher.

  • Breakfast is served daily in the dining room from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

    • A delicious, thoughtfully prepared breakfast served in our dining area, included with your stay.

    • For guests with specific dietary preferences, such as gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free, we offer customizable breakfast options from a menu for a small additional fee.

  3. Room Service Breakfast

    • Enjoy breakfast in the comfort of your room for $25 per person.

  • Free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

  • Complimentary Onsite Parking for your convenience. Large vehicles can also park overnight on Queen Street.

  • Beverage Bar: Enjoy complimentary hot and cold beverages, including teas, hot chocolate, and coffee, available 24/7.

Amenities/Breakfast


No Smoking Policy

To ensure a pleasant experience for all of our guests, we have a no smoking policy inside any rooms and on the Penthouse or Grandview balconies. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is not followed. For those who wish to smoke, a designated smoking area is provided at the front of the building.

Damage Policy

As the registered guest, you are responsible for any damages caused by accidental neglect or carelessness. If any repairs or replacements are necessary, the associated costs will be charged to the credit card on file.

We inspect all rooms prior to guest arrivals, but if you notice anything that needs attention upon check-in, please let us know right away so we can address it. If any damage prevents us from renting the room to other guests, the cost of those lost nights will be added to your bill.


We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and we are happy to welcome your dog during your stay! To ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you call ahead to receive permission to bring your pet, as some restrictions apply.

There is a $39 fee per reservation, per pet. Please note that we can only accommodate dogs in certain rooms, and approval is at the host's discretion. We look forward to welcoming both you and your furry companion!
