Bin 23 is an intimate restaurant located downtown. We love this place because the owners Graham and Gus provide exception quality food that is consistently good. We can always count on a delicious meal, great service and it's reasonably priced. It's never hit and miss, it's always good.  When we suggest places to eat  to our guests this restaurant is always first .
