Home hardware is a dealer owned, Canadian  hardware chain. Twice a year the dealers come to St Jacobs for trade shows, one in April and Once in September.  This is a three day event that show cases new products for dealer to discover and buy for their retail outlets.

This event brings lots of business to the surrounding areas stretching as far as Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo. The restaurants are full the hotels are full so it's good for the local economy.

We have hosted many people during these events but we also offer discounts throughout the year for suppliers or dealer and reps when they come to visit the head office or our local homehardware. JL's Home hardware on Speedvale ave in Guelph.

When ken and i built our new addition to the Inn, we used Home hardware exclusively.We found everything we needed from the maax bathroom product to the Bruce hardwood flooring,  ceramic tiles, Murray Feiss lighting, even our gourmet kitchen was outfitted by homehardware. Each store is unique so it may take a little longer to find the right Home hardware store that has what you are looking. For us it was worth it. We really wanted to support an independent  store that is Canadian based. We try to buy local when ever we can. It helps keep your local economy strong.
